At SIA'S TOUCH LTD, we aim to complete all services within the agreed timeframe and to the standard discussed with the client.

If we are unable to complete a paid service within the agreed timeframe for reasons within our control, we will contact you and agree the most suitable next step.

Depending on the stage of the project, this may include a revised completion date, a partial refund, or a full refund where appropriate.

Payments for work that has already been completed are normally non-refundable.

Any cancellation or refund rights required under UK consumer law will still apply.
