01 — Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed once the required payment has been received. Services will be provided according to the package or proposal agreed with the client.

02 — Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, photographs, addresses and project details needed for the design work.

03 — Services & Revisions

Each package includes only the services and revisions listed in its description. Any additional work may be charged separately and agreed before continuing.

04 — Project Timescales

We aim to complete all work within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by late client responses, missing information, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control may affect completion dates.

05 — Design Decisions & Responsibility

Design recommendations, drawings, visualisations and shopping suggestions are provided to guide the project. Final purchasing, installation and contractor decisions remain the client’s responsibility unless specifically included in the agreed service.

06 — Project Images & Portfolio Use

Photos, drawings and images of completed projects may be used by SIA'S TOUCH LTD for our website, portfolio and social media only with the client’s permission.
